Backwoods Crockpot Barbeque
Ingredients:
- 1 boneless chuck roast (3 pound chuck roast)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bottle of your favorite barbeque sauce (18 oz.)
- 1 cup Junior Walton’s Authentic Carolina Moonshine
Directions:
- Place the roast in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle all seasonings over the roast.
- In a separate mixing bowl, mix together the barbeque sauce and Junior Walton’s Authentic Carolina Moonshine.
- Pour barbeque mixture over the roast.
- Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours.
- Remove the roast, shred the meat, and return to slow cooker to mix thoroughly.
- Recipe can easily be doubled for larger slow cookers.
- Serve topped with coleslaw or other preferred toppings.
