May Day Cocktail
- 2 medium peaches, chopped
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 2 passion fruits (flesh and seeds only)
- 4 large strawberries, sliced
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 3 oz Junior Walton's Rum
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 oz apple juice
Put the peaches, strawberries, passion fruits, and ginger in a blender, then add the ice.
Add the rum, apple juice, and sugar and blend it until well-mixed becomes smooth.
Pour the mix into your glasses.
